Returning Damaged Goods
If when you receive the goods, you believe that the Product delivered is damaged or defective please notify our sales team immediately. Claims will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery. You will need to provide us with your order reference number and the product details by email email@example.com .
We will provide instructions for the return of the goods and arrange collection. You should ensure that they are suitably packed and the box correctly labeled.
We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or by telephone within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.
If a claim is not accepted we will return the product to you at your cost or give you a refund less the cost of carriage incurred by us in collecting the goods from you.
Products being returned to us under warranty are covered under a 'return to base' policy and must be returned to base within 3 days of the end of the warranty period. Items will need to be returned to us with a covering letter and the original paper work. Items will then be taken to our workshop for inspection and we will notify you via email or telephone once this has been carried out. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our discretion.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Returning incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
If you have inadvertantly ordered the wrong product or wish to return for any other reason you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
1. You will need to provide us with your order reference number and the product details. email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. You must return the product in its original undamaged packaging, unused and complete with all components and instructions. (We will advise you of the return address and reference. )
3. You should return the goods using a trackable delivery service such as Parcel Force, TNT, DHL etc. The safe return of the goods remains your responsibility until received by us. We will not accept damaged or poorly packaged goods.
4. Once the goods are received in good order we will refund the original purchase price less a restocking/administration fee not exceeding 30% of the original purchase price within a reasonable time but in any case within 14 days.
